STARTING OR STOPPING WATER SERVICE
Starting Water Service
To establish water service at a property, the new owner or account holder must complete a New Water Service Account Request Form. Once the request is received and all required information is provided, TGW will process the account setup and begin billing service.
Please submit your request as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition of service.
Stopping Water Service
If you are selling your property, moving, or no longer need water service, please complete a Water Service Closure Form to notify TGW of the requested shutoff date.
If the property is being sold, the current account holder should submit the closure request, and the new owner must complete a New Water Service Account Request Form to establish service under their name.
Please note that water service remains the responsibility of the current account holder until the account closure has been completed.
