Trout Gulch Water uses the One Call Now system to send automated phone calls and emails to alert members about emergencies and other important system updates.

Did you know that during the Loma Prieta Earthquake, the 60,000-gallon tank at the Norman yard jumped approximately two feet, and a 12-inch steel pipe broke in half? Members were without water service for approximately three days.
TGW conducts periodic emergency response training sessions, typically held near the anniversary of the Loma Prieta Earthquake, for Board members and designated emergency responders.
TGW is registered with the American Red Cross and CalWARN to support emergency coordination and response efforts.
