When a property is sold within the Trout Gulch Water (TGW) service area, please have the selling owner complete the Account Closure Request Form.

• A meter reading is required in order to prepare the final bill for the selling owner.

• The new owner must complete the New Account Setup Request Form to establish water service. A paper form is also available and may be dropped off in the drop box located at 90 Victoria Lane.

Please note: TGW is a member-based nonprofit water company. If the current property owner is already a TGW member, the membership transfers with the property, and the new owner will automatically become a member upon completion of the account transfer process. If the property is not currently associated with a membership, membership availability is limited and new memberships are subject to availability.
